Safeguarding Across our Curriculum

A culture of safeguarding is embedded at Shipley CE. We pride ourselves in knowing our students and the needs of both the individuals within our community and the needs of the wider community itself. Through our curriculum, we provide a range of opportunities for children to explore the different ways in which they can keep themselves safe. Often, these opportunities are embedded within our weekly PSHE lessons in which the children are able to discuss a range of topics including. trusted adults, e-safety, relationships, consent, permission, privacy, reporting concerns and worries.
